My wife and I have had the pleasure of working with the team at My Property Buyers Agent with outstanding success. Kerri found us a fantastic two storey, two unit apartment block in Northern NSW that will provide outstanding growth but more importantly substantial rental return. The process of buying the land first then working with a local building company went seamlessly in a process that we thought was going to be exhausting to say the least. My Property Buyers Agent handle every step of the process from negotiating and securing the right block of land, they management the settlement process with conveyancers and the bank. Once we owned the property they selected the builder, assisted in the design stage with the builder, selected the right layout and specifications.
