My Properties Buyers Agent ® is owned and operated by us – Kerri Hampton and Steve Urwin.

 

We are both property investors ourselves and have personally bought, sold, renovated, developed and held over 50 properties in various states around Australia over the past 15 years.

 

Having both come from corporate working backgrounds, we were time poor and had limited knowledge around finances and saw the need to take the time to learn from the ground up about property, finances and a better way to make money than slaving away and working for someone else.

 

During the past 15 years, we have subsequently developed a passion for real estate and educating people on how to invest in property based on our experience, knowledge and track record.  Basically, what we have learnt and achieved over the years, gave us the impetus to develop our Buyers Agent Business. We don’t just buy real estate for our clients, but we also take great pride in educating our clients on how to go about investing in property.

 

Hence when clients deal with our business…. They deal with us and only us! We are a boutique size business that allows us to personallydeal with our clients direct and pass on our knowledge of property investing.

 

Our point of difference to most Buyers Agents is that we are there to assist our clients in every step of the process. From gaining financeapproval via liaising with a broker to the final step of getting you the right tenant in your new investment property. We are there to hold your hand the whole way to ensure you understand the investment process.
