This fantastic Pam Beach ground floor unit was purchased "off the plan" a little over 18 months ago for $485,000 with cost including Stamp duty, legals and styling total $30,000. Property owes the client $515,000 but with the sale price expected to be over $700,000 this is a great return in a short period of time. "Off the plan" purchasing can work but you need to do your research, know the right suburbs that will see imminent growth to minimise the risk.
