Step 3. Where is the data and research directing us?

 

We use extremely accurate data from one of Australia leading property market Analysts, John Lindeman, to determine where high capital growth is predict around Australia. This knowledge is vital to ensure we find the right location for you.

 

Step 4. The search begin

 

We tap into our numerous contacts in the Real Estate industry and do all the searching for you. We have access to “off market” properties that you aren’t going to find on the internet.

 

Step 5. Property Options

 

We present back to you the investment property options we have found that suit your strategy. We present you all the numbers so you understand the benefits of each investment option. You then make the choice. 

 

Step 6. We negotiate the deal on your behalf

 

This is where the benefits of our service stand out. We negotiate hard to get you the best price possible along with the best conditions to ensure the deal suits your needs.

 

Step 7. We get the team together to buy your property

 

Your team involves the lender, the conveyancer/solicitor, the Real Estate Agent, the Pest & Building Inspector. We work with the team to check to investment property checks out, it is what the contract states it is, we make sure there are no nasty surprises. We hold your hand thru this sometimes daunting process.

 

 

Step 8. Time to get the best Tenants

 

We help to choose the best Property Management Team in the area and work with then to get the best tenants available and hopefully have them ready to move in on the day you settle on the investment property if not the next day.
