MY PROPERTY BUYERS   AGENT PRICING GUIDE  

My Property Buyers Agent charges NO Up Front Fee’s. We are also happy to discuss all things property investing and offer some guidance to prospective clients with no obligation to use our services.

 

Our fees are paid in two instalments, the first when you go unconditional (exchange) on a property and the second once you settled and own the property.

 

Additional fees for Building & Pest Inspections, Strata Inspections, Conveyancing Searches, Surveying Costs (if required) and similar type fee’s that are relating to the purchase of the property, must be paid by our clients to the service provider directly.

 

So what do you get for your money from us;

  • We will discuss and determine what you want to achieve with investing in property

  • Engage a Finance Broker for your finance or liaise with yours if you have one already

  • Determine from the Bank Pre-approval level, what is the best investment property strategy for you

  • Look at different suburbs based on research data and then apply some on-ground research on where to buy

  • Organise any building inspections and searches for you

  • Engage a solicitor to handle the contract

  • Do all inspections on the property for you

  • Negotiate the price on the property

  • We are the conduit between the Sales Agent, Finance Broker, Solicitor and you, to bring the deal together - we do the lot!

  • We will find a local real estate agent to manage your property

  • We will even organise your first tenant for you

  • We will organise any initial repairs to the property if required

  • We have an option to also organise and co-ordinate renovations to increase the rent and value of the property. Additional charges will apply for this service

  • We are effectively there to bring the entire transaction together for you and take the stress out of purchase a property whilst also educating you along the way!

 

Indicative pricing for our service is below, but please note that this can be subject to change depending on the property and what the clients requirements are;

 

My Property Buyers Agent Service Fee Guide:

$15,000 plus GST

80% Payment on Unconditional Contract & 20% Payment on Settlement

 

Other Fee’s

Auction Bidding: $1,000 + GST

Renovations & Project Management: Additional fees vary per project depending on scope of works and additional fees will apply for the execution of a subdivision on a clients property.

Commercial Purchases:  Subject to the type of property and level of involvement in the purchase.
